The station

Lock the signal,
log the pass.

JSR COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, LLC treats every scope like a scheduled satellite pass: acquisition windows are planned, frequencies are licensed, and every contact is logged. Nine scopes across two channels — access & voice, tracking & telemetry — run from one console.

We work from 416 S 3040 W, Lehi, Utah 84043. This website describes our channel list — it is not a service agreement, not a spectrum authorization, and not an operations order. Contracts, frequencies and pass schedules are set in writing at the station.

Licensed before live

No carrier goes up without the right authorizations — FCC licensing, coordination and client-supplied circuit agreements in place before the first handshake.

The pass is timed

Tracking and telemetry windows are scheduled to the minute. Acquisition, contact and loss-of-signal are logged — a pass that isn't logged didn't happen.

Client circuits, clear terms

Access and VoIP scopes run on client-supplied telecommunications. The demarcation — what we provide versus what the circuit owner provides — is written into the agreement.

Before the handshake.

Is this website a service agreement?
No. The channel list describes our scope of operations only. Service terms, pass schedules, frequencies and pricing are set in written contracts — never assumed from this page.
What does "client-supplied telecommunications" mean?
For Channel A scopes, the underlying circuit is provided by the client's carrier — we operate the access or VoIP layer on top of it. The demarcation is written into every agreement.
Are you a satellite carrier?
No — earth station work is expressly except satellite telecommunication carriers (CH-05). We operate ground-segment services, not carrier networks.
How is telemetry work contracted?
On a contract or fee basis (CH-07, CH-09) — pass schedules, data formats and reporting are agreed in writing before the first contact.
Do you sell internet access to consumers?
Channel A describes ISP and VoIP scope categories, not a consumer retail offer. Any service arrangement is contracted directly — this site is not a signup portal.
How do I open a channel?
Send the scope number through the contact page or to info.cole.parker@jsrcommu.shop with the mission profile, frequencies involved and the contract window you need.
