These Terms of Service govern your use of jsrcommu.shop (the "Site"), operated by JSR COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, LLC ("JSR", "we", "us"), located at 416 S 3040 W, Lehi, UT 84043, United States. The Site was developed by JSR COMMUN. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a corporate description of JSR's channel list: access & voice services (Channel A) and tracking & telemetry operations (Channel T). The Site:
Every engagement requires a written contract between you and JSR. Nothing on the Site modifies, replaces or overrides a signed agreement.
Channel A scopes — dial-up/online access and VoIP — operate on client-supplied telecommunications connections. We do not represent that we own or control the underlying circuits; demarcation of responsibilities is set in the contract.
Earth station work is expressly except satellite telecommunication carriers (CH-05). We operate ground-segment services, not carrier networks.
Tracking, telemetry, radar and access services are performed only where licensed, authorized and permitted by applicable law and regulation (including FCC rules where applicable). A scope listing is not a representation that any regulated service will be performed in any particular location or band.
Content on the Site is general information about our capabilities. It is not engineering, spectrum, regulatory or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a mission-specific plan. Frequencies, licenses and technical feasibility are determined per engagement.
We keep the Site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Scope descriptions summarize categories; the authoritative terms of any engagement are the signed contract, not this Site.

When you email us or submit the channel-request form you grant JSR a non-exclusive right to use the content of your correspondence — including mission profiles and site details — to respond to you and to evaluate and document requested engagements. You represent that you own or control the information you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Do not send encryption keys, credentials, export-controlled technical data or classified information through the form — secure channels are established under contract only.
JSR communicates only from @jsrcommu.shop addresses and from +1 (309) 492-3634. We will never message you first asking for payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers or account credentials. If you receive such a message, it is fraud — report it and do not respond.
The Site's design, layout, graphics (including the waveform bands and the dish-array artwork), copy and code are the property of JSR COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, LLC and its developer, JSR COMMUN, protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. No other use — reproduction, republication, redistribution or derivative works — is permitted without prior written consent.
The Site uses Google Fonts and is hosted on Google Firebase. Links to mail clients open your own email application. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or availability.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JSR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JSR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100). THIS LIMIT APPLIES ONLY TO WEBSITE USE — it does not limit obligations under a signed contract, and it does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory liability that survives a contractual cap).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSR and its members, managers and staff from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from the Site lies in the state and federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
