When you submit the channel-request form or email us we receive your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, the channel you selected, and whatever you write in the message field — typically a mission profile, site details or the contract window you need. The form uses your own mail client, so the message content lives in your sent folder and in our inbox, and nowhere else.
Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically records standard web-server data: IP address, browser type and version, pages requested, request timestamps, and referring URLs. We use this only for security monitoring and capacity planning.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, behavioral profiling cookies, fingerprinting, or social-media trackers on this site. We never request payment card numbers, bank details, encryption keys, credentials, or classified information through this website or by email.
We do not sell personal information, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of any font request; the loaded files are cached by your browser like any other resource. No tracking cookies follow you from this site.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not give providers more access than the service requires.
Mission profiles, site details, frequency information and contract correspondence you send us are used solely to evaluate and perform the requested engagement. Where work is performed under contract, that contract's confidentiality and security provisions govern. Operations logs, contact reports and telemetry records are retained per contract terms and applicable law. This website is never used to transmit telemetry data, keys or controlled technical information.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory request or lawful government demand, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of JSR COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, LLC, our clients, or the public. Where lawful and practical we will notify you before disclosing.
Contract correspondence and inquiry records are kept for the life of the business relationship plus the period required by tax and record-keeping law (generally seven years). Operations logs and telemetry records follow contract terms and regulatory retention rules. Hosting access logs rotate under Firebase's own retention schedule.

This website and our services are directed at businesses, agencies and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The site is served over HTTPS. Email is handled over standard secured channels, and access to correspondence is limited to staff who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — please do not send keys, credentials, controlled technical data or classified information through the channel-request form; secure channels are established under contract only.
